Now for my project:
I made the ornaments you see on the tree, they are a great size and I think will look great on any tree. I put them on a small table top tree to show you here because my tree is not up yet I like to put it up around the second week in December.
Some close ups so you can see the details of each ornament. This is Ms. Snowlady holding her snowflake up for everyone to see.
And l would like you to meet Snowman
 and also Sitting snowman
as an added bonus from these files I cut out extra snowflake pieces and made them into stand alone snowflakes it's like getting 2 files for the price of one !!
All of the ornaments were created with  svg files cut on my cricut, K & Company designer double sided 12 x 12 paper, quick hold glue, pop dots to give them dimension, cuttlebug embossing folders and of course ink for the edges.

I hope you enjoyed my little presentation of just a few of the great files available at Creativekuts.com and Creativekuts2.com

Some are still without power and many of us without gas the lines are forever long at the stations that get deliveries. But we are all here to complain about it and that is the great part. Thanks to all my cyber friends for all the prayers sent our way.

Witch's boot

Good morning all.
Oh I can see me having so much fun making these boots in all different papers and for all kinds of occasions.
I used black card stock  from DCWV for this boot and a 1 x 12 inch scrap scored at 1/4 inch and folded into a rosette to add to the toe of the boot. then I added some self sticking pearls in a few places. the file that you can purchase here http://www.creativekuts2.com/item_136/Witchs-Boot.htm  comes with a buckle not the rosette.  I still have to decide what I want to put into my boot but for now I think she looks pretty sitting on my windowsill !!
Thanks for stopping by Have a wonderful day.

Holiday organizer

I have been seeing lots of holiday organizers on pintrest and blogs but none with directions so I decided to make my own. this is what I came up with and I think it will work fine for my needs.
I like to keep a list of gifts I buy because I have a habit of starting early and then hiding the gifts until Christmas. the problem is I most always forget where I hid a few of them and find them after Christmas has come and gone. So with my new organizer I think I will also note where I have hidden the gift. It might help!!
My organizer is very simple and does not have any additional decorations on the front just the beautiful card I used because this is going to be in my purse and I don't want it getting stuck on anything so I just used a ribbon to tie it closed. How did I make it??
Easy 1 piece of 12 x 12 card stock scored at 3, 6 & 9 inches then I turned it a quarter turn and scored at 4 inches. Fold the 4 inch piece up and accordion fold on the other score lines add some ribbon under the fold at the edges and glue in place when you glue the edges closed. I printed out some lined card stock and cut it into 2 inch strips to fit into the pockets. I printed some titles and punched them out with an oval punch glued them on and I am ready to go!!
thanks for stopping by.  Please come back on Sept. 29 & 30 for Creative Kuts Halloween blog hop for some fun Halloween projects and inspiration.
